Frank Benevento listed my home in Lake Forest in November, he sold my home in January, this was the fifteenth home we have sold and had problems with the other realtors that we have used. The sales process in this home was nothing but fabulous, Frank kept us informed during the entire process, not only did he meet our expectations but he far exceeded them. Another point was that we received a nearly full price offer with reasonable terms, since this will probably not be our last home we will certainly do business again with Frank and his son and I would highly recommend their services.
